• UK Athletics Race Rules Apply
• 10k Start at 10.00am

• 1-3 Men 1-3 Ladies
• Medal to all finishers
• Spot prizes

NB: WE do not accept SWAPS, TRANSFERS or DEFERRALS

As sections of our races are on roads, WE DO NOT ALLOW THE USE OF HEADPHONES unless they are BONE CONDUCTIVITY HEADPHONES as authorised by England Athletics.

Event Terms

• I declare I am an amateur as defined by UK Athletics Laws and will abide by the laws and rules of UK Athletics. I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in this race. I declare that I will not compete unless I am in good health on the day of the race and that in any event I will compete at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event.
• An entrant shall be deemed to have made him/herself/their self, familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules.
• The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from the [date of entry], whether or not the licence holder is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK.
