Marine Gardens will host free outdoor Park Yoga sessions every Sunday at 9:30am, starting 3 May and running until mid‑September.

 

Park Yoga is a national charity delivering free, beginner‑friendly yoga in green spaces across England. The sessions are open to all ages and abilities, and no experience is needed.
